The flow of refugees from Ukraine to the Rostov region is not weakening, reports the Rostov correspondent for NG. On Saturday alone, about 2 thousand people, including 367 children, were received at four border field refugee reception points near Novoshakhtinsk, Gukovo, Donetsk and the village of Matveevo-Kurgan.
Almost all temporary accommodation centers are full today. Arriving refugees are resettled in schools, health camps and private hotels. Approximately 2 thousand residents of the south-eastern regions of Ukraine were sheltered by Don families. About 220 residents of the Lugansk region are housed in two dormitories of the Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don.
Most of them decided to leave their homes after massive shelling of their settlements.
Many Ukrainians intend to obtain Russian citizenship and stay in the Don capital. Almost all refugees express a desire to find work as soon as possible. The professions of most of them are in demand in the city labor market - welders, builders, drivers.

During June, six women who arrived in the Rostov region from Ukraine gave birth to children. According to the regional Ministry of Health, today another 28 pregnant refugee women are registered.
Another 200 refugees from Ukraine are expected in Rostov in the near future. In this regard, the city authorities agreed with the Sochi mayor's office about their placement in the Lazarevsky district.
However, local resources for the increasing flow of Ukrainians today are almost completely exhausted. The Russian government has allocated 240 million rubles for these purposes, which are designed for one month.
