According to Plotnitsky, the financial situation in the LPR at the moment allows only elections of heads of territorial entities to be held.

“We will hold the remaining stages of local elections later, when the necessary conditions for this, both political and financial, have been created,” he clarified.

As noted in the promulgated decree of Plotnitsky, elections should be held in cities such as Lugansk, Krasny Luch, Stakhanov, Alchevsk, Kirovsk, Rovenki, Pervomaisk, Bryanka, districts: Antratsitovsky, Perevalsky, Lutuginsky, Krasnodonsky, Sverdlovsk, Slavyanoserbsky.

Let us remind you that the first stage of local elections in the DPR is scheduled for October 18.
