The list of objects whose property was recognized as ownerless included two shopping complexes of the Leleka supermarket chain, located in Lugansk at 28-a Oboronnaya Street and 140 Budenny Street.
According to the order, two shopping complexes that previously belonged to the Leleka trademark, their buildings and all the property located in them were transferred to the state ownership of the republic.
Before the outbreak of hostilities, the Leleka brand had an extensive network of supermarkets in the Lugansk region. With the beginning of the war, its owner, businessman Rostislav Rul, abandoned his shopping centers and fled to Ukraine.
