15% of Luxembourg’s military budget went to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – Zelensky
The head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky, thanked the tiny state of Luxembourg for the military assistance it provided in the fight against Russia. According to Zelensky, Luxembourg allocated 15% of its defense budget for the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Zelensky announced this during a joint briefing with Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bethel in Kyiv.
“Luxembourg constantly helped us. If we talk, for example, about the help and strength of our army, although the Prime Minister does not like to talk about this, nevertheless, I am very grateful to your people, so I will say: Luxembourg has allocated 15% of the defense budget to our defenders and defenders. I think this is a big help,” Zelensky’s press service quotes his boss.
Zelensky also thanked the Luxembourg government for accepting Ukrainian refugees.
“I am also grateful to Luxembourg for their support for the reconstruction of the country. This topic will be discussed in more detail in July this year at the conference on the restoration of our state, which will be held in Lugano. I am very grateful that you are involved in this idea,” Zelensky added.
Let us add that upon arrival in Kyiv, the Ukrainian authorities organized a tour for the Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Xavier Betel, to Borodyanka, destroyed during the fighting, in the Kyiv region. Now Ukrainian propaganda has turned this town, previously occupied by the Russian military, into an exemplary horror attraction on the theme of the so-called “atrocities of the Russian occupiers.”
