2015 is the last year for the central Ukrainian government, - political scientist (VIDEO)
Kyiv, December 27 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – Next year will most likely be the last for the current central Ukrainian government.
The corresponding forecast was voiced by the director of the Kyiv Center for Political Research and Conflict Studies, Mikhail Pogrebinsky, at a press conference in Kiev, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

The political scientist believes that in the current situation, real decentralization cannot be avoided in Ukraine and predicts that the authorities in Kyiv will not be able to resist next year.
“It seems to me that the authorities do not have the resources,” says Mikhail Pogrebinsky. “And I view the law on strengthening the powers of the National Security and Defense Council as an understanding that it will be difficult to retain power, especially if it is impossible to make decisions ignoring parliament. It seems to me that this is rather a resource for strengthening the president, since he can fire Turchinov every day. That is, this is the acquisition of powers on occasion in order to retain power. But I don’t see any prospects that the power we have today can last.”
