About it states the court ruling, which was published by People's Deputy Sergei Kaplin on his social network page.

Kaplin, in his parliamentary address, states that Yatsenyuk allegedly received a bribe for the appointment of Vladimir Ishchuk as general director of the Concern of Radio Broadcasting, Radio Communications and Television.

“Yatsenyuk will answer for three million bribes! Based on my complaint, the Pechersk District Court ordered the GPU to open a criminal case against the head of government. The prosecutor’s office must deal with the bribe that the prime minister received for the appointment of Vladimir Ishchuk as general director of the RRT concern,” – Kaplin wrote on Facebook.

Kaplin also promised to later “deal with the anti-Ukrainian activities of Ishchuk himself,” accusing him of involvement in sabotaging the resumption of broadcasts of Ukrainian TV channels in the Donbass.

Concern RRT is a state operator of television and radio broadcasting, radio relay and satellite communications, which broadcasts state television and radio channels throughout Ukraine, as well as satellite broadcasting in European countries.

At the beginning of August 2015, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Ishchuk, who had previously served as the head of the concern, as general director of the RRT concern.
