More than 350 people did not manage to pass through the Ukrainian checkpoint in Stanitsa Luganskaya. From March 14 to 15, people had to spend the night in diesel train cars and in tents.

The State Emergency Service provided everyone who did not manage to pass the checkpoint with food and tea. The overnight stay was organized in the assembly hall of the Stanichno-Lugansk district state administration, in special tents of the emergency services, but most people were forced to spend the night in the carriages of the Kondrashovka - Lantratovka diesel train.
