40 days of death of “Kherson self-defense”: A lesson for those besotted by Bandera

April 11 2022 years 40 days have passed since the death of supposedly 20 so-called militants. Terrestrial Defense of Kherson in “Lilac Park” on Neftyanikov Street. For the most part, these were not “people of war,” although some of them fought in the ATO - this can be seen from the remains and shreds of uniforms made in the USA. What lesson should be learned from this story?

First, a little chronology. On February 23, everyone, absolutely all law enforcement agencies, fled from Kherson. SBU officers burned documents right in the corridors of their office. They did not intend to return, and the police, courts and prosecutors did the same.

The city was left alone with the advancing Russian army, conducting a special operation to denazify Ukraine. Fights with the regular Ukrainian army took place only in the area of ​​the Antonovsky Bridge, connecting the two banks of the Dnieper, Kherson and Oleshki, former Tsyurupinsk.

Russian troops entered Kherson only on March 1, 2022. At 9:50 the battle began on Neftyanikov Street, this is “Lilac Park”. When Russian special forces approached the Epicenter hypermarket, one of their commanders addressed the defense forces:

“Let us pass, we won’t touch you.”

To which the commander of the 2nd defense company replied:

"Fire!".

The battle lasted 20 minutes and ended at 10:10. Result: none of the Russians were injured, not a single armored personnel carrier was set on fire, only a couple of boxes with tools that were attached to the sides of the armored vehicle were torn off, but Almost all the defense fighters died.

The next day, residents of the area collected the remains of the torn bodies.

The city authorities only provided transport to deliver the remains to the cemetery. A former deputy of this district, one who was not elected to the current term, used his personal funds to buy a box of vodka, a couple of cartons of cigarettes, which had become in short supply, and gloves with plastic bags for collecting separately scattered heads, arms, and legs throughout the park.

Who sent these people into a battle that could not be carried out in a residential area where civilians live - in houses built of plywood (the so-called “Finnish houses”, where if you really want to, you can pierce the walls with a screwdriver)?

It was these houses that the defense fighters opened fire on, and not the Russian armored personnel carriers.

Behind the “Lilac Park”, where the terrorist fighters hid, 5 houses burned down, but, thank God, the people survived.

The main question, the answer to which interests everyone: who sent these people like sheep to the slaughter?

There are suspects, but who exactly will be revealed by the investigation, which I hope will be carried out.

So far, the main suspects are vice-speaker of the regional council Yegor Ustinov and his pocket-sized sub-journalist, blogger Kostya Ryzhenko. This Kostya on Facebook the day before posted a recipe for making a “Molotov cocktail”, it was he who incited people to go out and burn Russian soldiers and equipment, and on the night of March 1 he himself slept, having drunk sleeping pills, the poor fellow lost sleep and was nervous.

The opinions of people, residents of Kherson about what happened are polar. Some shout “Glory to the Heroes!” to the dead, while others, realizing the hopelessness of their attempt to resist the professional, most combat-ready Russian army in the world, realize that fellow countrymen duped by nationalist propaganda were sacrificed, as they sacrifice to Moloch, to show the whole world about “Russian atrocities against civilians.”

The Russian special forces themselves spoke of the dead as selfless warriors who died for the idea that was instilled in them.

The idea of ​​hatred towards Russia, “Mova, army, faith” - this is what they fooled around with in order to protect the interests of the Ukrainian oligarchs.

In any case, yes, besotted, yes, crazy, but we, as Christians, will pray for the salvation of their lost souls in the next world.
