61% of Ukrainian residents are already ready for the secession of Donbass
Two-thirds of Ukrainian citizens are ready to accept the independence of Donbass.
The director of the Ukrainian Politics Foundation, Kost Bondarenko, pointed out these figures during a press conference in Kiev, according to whom the process of Donbass and Ukraine’s disappointment in each other is worsening and the number of those citizens who believe Donbass and Ukraine will live without each other is increasing.

“The latest sociological data that I have seen shows that 61 percent of Ukrainian citizens believe that at some point, if the issue was raised, they would be ready to abandon Donbass,” the political scientist noted. “That’s already almost two-thirds.”
