Sorry guys, what should we do? Firstly, Ukraine did not sign the convention banning cluster bombs, we did not join, so excuse me. And another thing is that it is much easier and more effective to destroy locusts with cluster bombs than with just unitary ammunition,” the expert said.
“Therefore, it is better when the ammunition releases 200 cassettes, which in turn explode, and we destroy 200 locusts in one fell swoop. This is much better. Therefore, we must use cluster munitions very effectively and on a large scale. Let the human rights organizations excuse us, after the victory we will repent very strongly,” Samus said.
