Vladimir Zelensky’s team does not have the ability to dissolve parliament.

In this case, the newly elected president will find himself in a situation where he has no leverage to enforce his decision to dissolve.
To ensure its implementation, you must either rely on the support of the security forces or convene a meeting with 500 thousand supporters who will demand the immediate dissolution of the current Verkhovna Rada as a gathering mired in vice.
