Как Ukrinform reports, This opinion was expressed by Deputy Minister for Issues of the so-called “temporarily occupied territories” Georgy Tuka at a conference in Kyiv.
“Now we have statistics according to which about 75% of people who have become internally displaced will not return to Donbass under any circumstances. This requires huge reformattings in government policy regarding the future of not only internally displaced persons, but also society in general,” he noted.
