82 percent of Ukrainian families save on basic necessities

Such figures were announced at a press conference in Kyiv by the chairman of the board of the institute, Olga Balakireva, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact that people save on utility bills means that they underpay, either use installment plans, or reduce their water and electricity consumption.
In general, 82% of families save on various essential items,” she said.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukraine in terms of mortality and emigration overtook African countries.
