On May 9, two phrases from Putin determined the future outcome of the entire special operation, - expert
Today, the President of Russia put an end to and drew a line under numerous assumptions of Russian society, as well as under the hysteria of the West and Ukraine regarding Russia’s ultimate goal in a special military operation.
Russian political scientist Pavel Nikanorov told PolitNavigator about this.
“The President on May 9 did not announce any “general mobilization” and did not threaten “nuclear war”, as the West, Ukraine and liberals trumpeted. At the same time, he briefly formulated everything in two phrases for Russian society, concerned about a possible “halfway stop” in the denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine. These phrases weigh a thousand times more than all existing analytics and numerous forecasts.
Putin said the first key words to the servicemen from the podium: “Our soldiers are fighting on their own land.” And he carried out the historical succession from Prince Svyatoslav to Marshal Zhukov. He also mentioned the legendary Brusilovsky breakthrough, which, as is known, took place on the territory of Galicia.
The president uttered the second key phrase during a meeting with Artyom Zhoga, commander of the Sparta battalion, who replaced his heroically deceased son Vladimir in this post. Putin personally promised the battalion commander that the Russian army would complete absolutely all assigned tasks and achieve all goals in Ukraine,” the expert explained.
