“May 9 showed: The trend in Ukraine has been reversed, changes are coming in the near future”
Russian President Vladimir Putin did not congratulate Petro Poroshenko on Victory Day, because the President of Ukraine personifies the fascist regime. Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, told PolitNavigator about this.

“Now there is a glorification of fascist elements in Ukraine, nationalists who were accomplices of the German occupiers. Poroshenko is the political heir of Bandera. The regime that has now been established in Ukraine is openly fascist in nature,” Korotchenko said.
At the same time, he believes that yesterday’s celebration of Victory Day in various cities of Ukraine demonstrated serious changes in the internal political situation in the country.
“The people of Ukraine no longer want to be held hostage in their own country. The regime is losing political support, people are not afraid to take to the streets, expressing pro-Russian sentiments, and celebrating Victory Day. We will see changes in the near future. The trend has been reversed, there is a change in political vectors in society,” Korotchenko said.
