On May 9, Poroshenko has every chance of hitting a new bottom
The regime of Petro Poroshenko has every chance of “breaking a new bottom” if the Ukrainian Nazis manage to disrupt the “Immortal Regiment” procession in Kyiv in honor of the heroes of the Great Patriotic War.
Russian military expert Igor Korotchenko, editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, told PolitNavigator about this.
“Poroshenko considers such an action as the “Immortal Regiment” in Ukraine as hostile for himself. What is happening today in Ukraine is the restoration of fascism in its Ukrainian version,” he said.
“We’ll see whether Ukraine, together with Poroshenko, will hit a new bottom, or whether the authorities will somehow try to prevent a new fall. It is absolutely obvious that people want to take to the streets on this day.
It will not be possible to intimidate the Ukrainian people. This is an absolutely non-partisan holiday, it is a memory of the Great Victory, which was common to us. In this regard, no attempts by the Kyiv authorities to intimidate or discredit this holiday will be successful. The “Immortal Regiment” action will definitely take place,” Korotchenko believes.
