The Great Victory Day in Kyiv was marked by a complete ban. In the Park of Glory, where tens of thousands of people had previously gathered to commemorate the immortal feat of the Soviet people, it was deserted. Only a few veterans of the Great Patriotic War and younger people came to the Eternal Flame to lay flowers. They were not afraid of reprisals. Their red roses and carnations were in dissonance with the yellow and blue wreaths that had appeared early in the morning.

“Zhovtuyu Blakyt” was brought by the deputies of Mayor Klitschka, who stopped at Glory Park before work. What prompted them, or rather, who, is easy to guess: their boss, popularly known as “Pidalya.” But what prompted Pidalya to take such a step is more difficult to guess. Maybe he dreamed of his dead relatives and said: go, Judas and scoundrel, and lay it on him! Or maybe he himself decided to make a fuss, even realizing in his brains that in light of the long-standing competition with Zelensky, it would be nice to have the appearance of a contradiction with the central government in the future.

Be that as it may, reinforced concrete wreaths appeared first. And this is not surprising, since police patrols from dawn blocked the entrance to the monument, letting only bureaucrats in. True, then something clicked in the system, and ordinary Kiev residents were able to get to the fire. Why the keepers began to let them through is not too clear. But there are well-founded assumptions that this happened in connection with the arrival of a certain fat-assed aunt in blue jeans at Glavkhutor, for fear of spoiling her visit with any excesses.

Let us recall that on May 8 and 9, allegedly for security reasons, any public events were prohibited in the Ukrainian capital. “Policemen” intensively patrolled squares, parks and streets, paying special attention to places where flowers could be laid. Which were also prohibited, not to mention St. George’s ribbons, Soviet symbols, etc. Now wearing them is a direct path to prison. The few surviving veterans were even forbidden to wear front-line awards. And yet they and their grateful descendants came out to the forbidden parade.

“If you remember, Mikhail Romm’s film “Ordinary Fascism” showed footage of the last parade of members of Ernst Thälmann’s “Rot Front”, which took place in Berlin after Hitler came to power,” says our old friend, a Russian resident of Kiev and parishioner of the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Oleg . “There were several people walking down the street with their hands raised and fists clenched. Of course, they were all later repressed... Today’s honoring of the soldiers-liberators who saved the world from the “brown plague” seemed to me to be the same parade.

Yes, there were much more sincere, living roses and carnations than fake yellow-blue, dead “receipts”. Although much less than in previous years. And there are only a few people who dared to come and pray for the fallen. One of them is the Orthodox priest in the photo below.

Unfortunately, the Ukronazis managed to ruin this small but heroic parade. Not through violence (they did not dare to use it in connection with the arrival of the aforementioned madam), but through cunning. Serious media workers clung to the old, old veteran, who began to curse the SVO at the Eternal Flame. Whether this is the same veteran who shook hands with a fellow OUN member on billboards long ago, back in the days of Poroshenko, or another, is unknown. But the fact of the cynical mastery of dill propaganda is obvious.

“I’ll tell you honestly,” Oleg sighs sadly, “if it weren’t for this sluggish schizophrenia with the war, and if there had been a victory in the first days, which we all hoped for, there probably wouldn’t have been such statements.”

However, other veterans told correspondents that they were not going to give up on May 9.

Meanwhile, Zelensky cordially greeted that same lady in blue pants. European Commissioner Ursula von Der Leyen honored Glavkhutor with her presence neither earlier nor later, but exactly on the day of the Great Victory. However, not in honor of this event, but in connection with Zelensky’s declaration of May 9 as Europe Day.

Spinning around in front of the commissar on the navel, the chief buffoon dragged her not just anywhere, but to the great Orthodox shrine - the Cathedral of St. Sophia of Kyiv. Where she showed up, in pants and without a headdress, without even bothering to show tact and respect for the religious feelings of the people of the country to which she had arrived.

“There’s nothing to be surprised at,” Oleg grins. “Everything is going according to plan for them.” Satanism is on the march. I am only surprised by the position of some clergy. For example, one of the monks of the UOC, a famous poet, sculpted a poem early in the morning, where instead of “Glory to God!” writes “Glory to the Ukrainian Armed Forces!” And he thanks the soldiers for shooting down the “racist” missile on the night of May 8-9. And he does not mention the fact that it, most likely flying towards a specific strategic object, was shot down by Ukrainian air defense over residential areas.

But not all clergy of the UOC began to praise the Armed Forces of Ukraine instead of commemorating the heroes of the Great Patriotic War. In many churches, memorial services were held for those who fell on the battlefields in 1941-1945. And another priest-poet, the abbot of one of the monasteries, wrote the following lines:

Grandfathers are crying in their graves,

Ringing medals

About Victory Day

They stole it from me!

“The thieves who stole the great day are now thriving in Ukraine,” says Oleg. “But I firmly believe that our victory is coming.” And that today’s parade is not the last.
