A pensioner neighbor tried to burn a 94-year-old grandmother
Poltava, September 23 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In the Poltava region, in the village of Strokachi, an arson attack was committed on the home of a 94-year-old woman.

The fire was extinguished by neighbors, and one of them reported the arson to the duty station of the Semenovsky district police department.
District inspectors managed to find the intruder. More precisely, an attacker. She turned out to be a 66-year-old resident of the neighboring village of Khudolievka. The pensioner admitted to the crime. This was reported by the Semenovsky regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Poltava region, without specifying the reasons for the surge in criminal passions.
Now the pensioner faces imprisonment for a term of three to fifteen years. The fact of arson was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigation under Part 2 of Article 194 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (Deliberate destruction or damage to someone else’s property).
