According to him, there is no meaningful name in naming streets and bridges Moscow.

“This name is accidental for the Moscow Bridge. Where does it lead, to Moscow? Nothing of the kind - this is a bridge from the Left Bank to the Right. It should be renamed, if only because its name should not be accidental, but figurative. Like Moskovskaya Street. It means the name of the city in which decisions are made to kill us,” Kipiani said.
