Ukrainians who boast of their consciousness do not even bother to find out what Poroshenko is pushing under the guise of decentralization
Most Ukrainians do not know what exactly they are talking about when politicians talk about decentralization. Stephen Nix, director of the Eurasian department of the International Republican Institute, stated this on the Voice of America television channel.

Thus, the results of a social study conducted by the institute showed that only one percent knows about the essence of the changes, two-thirds of the population know very little about it, and a fifth of those surveyed have not heard about the changes to the Constitution at all.
“67% of respondents support the idea of decentralization, which the president proposes, but they do not know what it is about. Therefore, I think when the question arose about the status of the occupied territories, there was a problem that people did not really understand what decentralization meant and how it would be introduced,” Nix said.
