A video has appeared on the Internet showing ex-President of Ukraine Viktor Yushchenko vacuuming a carpet.

The politician cleaned up the Presidential Institute in Kyiv, which he heads. Video clip posted on her Facebook page by the press secretary of the former Ukrainian leader Irina Vannikova.

"July. Heat. We completed the reception of our comrades and brothers. They brought three authentic carpets from the early twentieth century. President Yushchenko is personally saving Ukrainian antiquity. Because the moth is eating our heritage,” she captioned the video.

The former president of Ukraine is known as an amateur beekeeper. Last August, he led a Ukrainian delegation of beekeepers to Poland, where he gave a lecture on apitherapy, a treatment method using live bees.
