Today there was smoke in one of the premises of block No. 3 of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. It has now been liquidated.

About it reports the State Inspectorate for Nuclear Regulation of Ukraine.
According to the department, the emergency took place at 15.57 Kyiv time.
“At 16.00 the smoke was eliminated with the help of Emergency Situations Ministry workers,” the department assured.
The department also assured that the radiation state of the premises of block No. 3 and the Chernobyl nuclear power plant site has not changed.
