The head of the Russian Export Center, Pyotr Fradkov, stated this in an interview with the Russian NTV channel.
“It’s a little lower now. But this is still a working area for a certain margin under an export contract,” Fradkov said.
According to him, non-resource exports to Russia in the first quarter of 2017 increased by 14%.
