DPR MFA: Today's meeting in Minsk will not bring any significant results
Today in Minsk the last of the meetings of the Contact Group and its working subgroups scheduled for this year will be held. However, all chances for any improvements in the work of the political subgroup are negligible due to the position taken by Kiev.

About this acting DPR Foreign Minister Natalya Nikonorova told DAN journalists, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The chances of significant progress following today's meeting of the political subgroup, the last this year, are quite small due to the counterproductive position of Ukrainian representatives.
“Unfortunately, so far we have observed only counterproductive actions by Kyiv, and the chances that the last meeting of the political subgroup in Minsk this year will bring any significant progress are quite small,” notes the head of the foreign policy department.
Despite this, Natalya Nikonorova noted that the DPR will continue to seek a constructive dialogue with Kiev for a peaceful resolution of the conflict in the region. Thus, at today’s meeting it is still planned to discuss the procedure for enacting the law on the special status of Donbass and its individual aspects.
