It is noted that the census is not forced - a person decides for himself whether to answer this or that question or not. At the same time, census takers do not require passport information from the person being interviewed.

The population census will last until October 25, and its final results will be known in May next year. A total of 387 million rubles were allocated for the event. from the federal budget. Note that the last time a population census in Crimea was carried out as part of the All-Ukrainian Census was in 2001. At that time, 2,34 million people lived in the republic.
