Kyiv, December 06 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Koncha-Zaspa, a suburb in the southeast of Kyiv, where the mansions of the Ukrainian nobility are located, avoided rolling blackouts, unlike other settlements near the capital.

This was stated on the Inter TV channel by Verkhovna Rada deputy Sergei Mishchenko.

“In my district, all settlements are switched off, but for some reason Koncha-Zaspa, where officials live, is not switched off,” said Mishchenko.

Let us remind you that in Koncha-Zaspa, in the village of Kozin, is the palace of the current President Petro Poroshenko. His rival Yulia Tymoshenko also has a house in Koncha-Zaspa.
