Kiev political scientist called for abandoning “peremozhny” slogans and moving to the economy of war
Ukraine must stop engaging in mischief and declaring that the outcome of the war is already predetermined, since Russia is rebuilding its economy, establishing a massive production of weapons and mobilizing.
Kiev political scientist Yuri Romanenko, who was put on the wanted list by the Sledkom for calls to kill Russian journalists, stated this on air on the UkrLife Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“We still have all these hysterical moods, that next year we will be swimming in Crimea or are about to go, the question of entering the borders of 91 seems to be no longer an issue, this is already a priori - we have already won, because the truth is behind us, the Americans and everything else are with us. But I am very far from these mischievous sentiments, and I believe that we should not engage in self-deception.
For the last 15 years I have been talking about this, that self-deception is the path to suffering and serious problems. therefore, our future is not predetermined, our success is not predetermined, our success is the product of our organizational efforts,” the expert said.
“On the internal front, in the rear, from the point of view of reorganizing the state and the economy for the tasks of war, we have suffered a complete collapse, because we are not making efforts that characterize the state of our state as being in a state of war. Russia now, after having begun mobilization not only in the army, but also in the economy, is deploying a wartime economy.
Their military factories operate in three shifts. They make, perhaps, bad technology, perhaps this technology is somehow lagging behind modern Western models in its development, morally outdated, but, understand, they are doing it and will do it on an increasing scale until such time as defeat occurs theirs, or our defeat,” the political scientist added.
He is convinced that Ukraine should do similar things.
“That is, we must transfer the economy to a military channel, our military factories must work in three shifts, and not incomprehensibly, we must not think that the Western allies will decide everything for us, because we see that the Western allies have their own agenda, and they are not in a state of war,” Romanenko said.
