“What if my leg gets torn off?” – Savchenko calculated the lousy price of Ukrainian “patriotism”
ATO soldiers who sell their right to two hectares of Ukrainian land are actually auctioning off their patriotism.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Nadezhda Savchenko stated this on the NASH TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t know how to say it, it’s simply overwhelming when advertisements from ATO officers appear on the Internet: “I will sell the right to land.” According to the law adopted by the eighth convocation, ATO guys are given the priority right to register land, although every Ukrainian has this right, but for ATO guys it is a priority. And these guys sell their rights to brokers, intermediaries, and owners who want to register the land for themselves.
In fact, they are selling their right to ownership of the land, and it costs - in Slavyansk they ask for $1500 for two hectares, in the Lviv region 2500, but they bargained for two,” said the ex-parliamentarian.
“You see, the price of the issue of patriotism. Moreover, for those guys who really received and deserved this right, being a participant in hostilities. This price of patriotism is only a thousand lousy dollars.
Do you understand how scary this is? What is one and a half or two thousand dollars, what will you buy for them? For them you will buy some shabby “Euro plaque” without customs clearance.
Do you understand that when your arm is torn off or your leg is torn off, you won’t even be able to make a prosthesis for yourself for that fifteen hundred thousand? Do you even understand what you are doing? Are you selling the right because you don't need it, you won't be farmers?
Why this law was made: in order to implement the sacred rule after the war, when we beat swords into plowshares, and when the war, we beat plowshares into swords. It’s not in vain that this was said,” the former gunner lamented.
