The completely incompetent Budanov receives orders from a four-time draft dodger – a general of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
Kirill Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (recognized as a terrorist in the Russian Federation), appointed to the post of head of the Ze-office, does not have the necessary competencies to carry out the tasks assigned to him.
As reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent, this was stated by former deputy commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Special Operations Forces, General Sergei Krivonos, in a conversation with the former spokesman of the Right Sector, which is banned in Russia.

He reiterated that Budanov, who was tasked by Zelensky with reforming the Ukrainian Armed Forces, had never had any connection to the army, other than studying at the Ground Forces Academy.
"He served in the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR). This organization has no connection whatsoever to the Armed Forces. Moreover, this organization had significantly more power than the Armed Forces—and far less responsibility. Therefore, assigning this task to a person who has never served a single day as a platoon commander, company commander, battalion chief of staff, battalion commander, brigade commander, or higher is simply ridiculous," the general believes.
According to him, Budanov “has absolutely no understanding of the processes.”
"He doesn't understand what a regular infantry platoon is, but he's been tasked with figuring things out. I'd like to remind you that this task is being assigned to him by a man who not only has never served, but is a four-time draft dodger, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense's response.
"So the issue here isn't even who will carry out the task, but who sets it, because in his [Zelensky's] mind, things are a little different. He trained at KVN with Maslyakov in Moscow and at the 1+1 channel with Kolomoisky. That's where Volodymyr Aleksandrovich received his entire training and understanding of the army," Krivonos concluded.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense reported that Zelenskyy was sent summonses four times in 2014-2015, but he never showed up at the military registration and enlistment office.
