Adherents of the “Holodomor” are swollen from delicacies
The investigation is coming to an end against the ex-head of the Institute of National Memory, the odious historian and deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Vyatrovich, whose department made money on the inflated cost of delicacies, speculating on the memory of starvation deaths in the early 1930s.
The PolitNavigator correspondent reports that ex-deputy of the presidential administration of Ukraine, lawyer Andrei Portnov writes about this in his blog.
“Alarming news on the anniversary of the Maidan is coming from expert institutions. In the criminal proceedings against the scandalous deputy of the Poroshenko faction, Vyatrovich, known for his anti-Ukrainian activities and glorification of Nazism, an audit on the episode of mass consumption of delicacies and red fish on the anniversary of the Holodomor tragedy is ending,” Portnov reports.
It is noted that the amount of losses from the deal between the Institute of National Remembrance and a catering company at a party organized by Vyatrovich with sausages, cheeses, fish and canapés amounted to about 1,5 million hryvnia.
“The functionaries positioning themselves as Ukrainian moral authorities made money by inflating the cost of food, celebrating the Holodomor - the death of millions of people from hunger,” the lawyer emphasizes.
According to him, after the theft of funds from the Maidan Museum, this is another “landmark case when the most base and shameful facts are revealed in relation to the heroes of the Revolution - profiting from the budget, looting, gorging in honor of mass deaths from hunger and the theft of the funds of their own heroes while singing the anthem and wearing national clothes".
“This criminal case is very significant and its results will definitely need to be included in children’s history books - in the very paragraphs in which the names of these state criminals and moral monsters are mentioned today,” Portnov sums up.
