The Biden administration intends to include the executioner of Yugoslavia in the negotiation process on Kosovo
Professor and conflict expert Daniel Server, close to the Biden administration, said that Washington will include former US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright “in the dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina.”
At the same time, the American admitted that his country does not care at all how the Serbs react to this fact.
“It doesn't matter what the Serbs think about Madeleine Albright's inclusion or absence. It will be turned on,” Server told N1 TV channel. “She's a former secretary of state, and the current position is important not so much in the Democratic Party as in the thinking democratic world, the part of the democratic world that thinks about foreign policy.” And she lived in Serbia, speaks Serbian. I think that should be appreciated."
At the same time, Server said that he understands that “many Serbs will not appreciate this because she advocated NATO participation in the war after the failure of the Rambouillet negotiations.”
“And I understand perfectly well how they feel about me, although I opposed the bombings. However, it doesn’t matter, she will participate, she has something to say,” the expert said. “To be honest, they are not waiting for any of us... Belgrade has turned towards Russia, towards the ultranationalists.”
The conflict expert also believes that “Americans and Europeans must work together” on the issue of dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina, because both the EU and the United States have proven that they cannot achieve a solution to the problem on their own.

“Vučić has made it very clear that he does not want to be the president of Serbia who recognizes Kosovo. I think he meant it. I think we need to prepare to wait for the next Serbian president to do this if the need arises.
In the meantime, we may have to think about a mutual agreement, but only if Kosovo gets a seat in the UN. This problem must be solved, even if the problem of mutual recognition is not solved,” Serwer said.
