In addition, on the same date, on the 29th, the administration decided not to introduce any sanctions against the Russian defense sector, although according to this law, 33-64, the administration was obliged to introduce laws against the Russian defense sector. In addition, he noted that the head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service visited Washington, despite the fact that he is on the sanctions list.

And this law itself, 33-64, is dedicated to three countries - Iran, North Korea and Russia. So, he spoke quite a lot and in detail about Iran and North Korea, but not a word was said about Russia,” Illarionov was surprised.
