The Qatari company Premium Construction intends to build a large hotel complex in Yalta. This was announced by the head of the Yalta administration Andrei Rostenko.

“Partner of Premium Construction Al Saadi Nassri expressed a desire to implement a major investment project here - the construction of a large hotel complex with a congress hall. The total investment amount is up to $100 million. Our task now is to find a suitable plot of land in the coastal zone with an area of 5 to 19 hectares,” Rostenko said, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The agreement with Premium Construction was signed by the “Business and Cultural Center of the Republic of Crimea” (GAU DICC RK) and the administration of the city of Yalta was signed on the sidelines of the Yalta International Economic Forum.
