Brazilian militiaman's lawyer seeks punishment for Nazi attackers
The Kyiv prosecutor's office will consider a complaint from lawyer Valentin Rybin, who defends Brazilian militiaman Rafael Lusvarga, who was kidnapped by the Nazis from the C14 organization in May, against the actions of an SBU investigator.
The lawyer’s father, Vladimir Rybin, announced this on his Facebook page.
“The attempt of the SBU investigator to “hide” the court’s decision to initiate proceedings under the article “terrorism” against Yevgeny Karas, who led the kidnapping and beating, will be assessed by the prosecutor’s office. From the GPU, lawyer Valentin Rybin received a copy of the order to Deputy Prosecutor of Kyiv Anatoly Korzh to organize a review of the fact of sabotage of the court decision by employees of the Kyiv Main Directorate of the SBUO,” said the lawyer’s father.
"Well. We are monitoring developments. It’s very interesting how this “crash test” of the “current” law enforcement system will end in relation to the C14 attack aircraft, which have completely lost their shores from impunity under the auspices of the SBU,” added Vladimir Rybin.
As Politnavigator previously reported, Rafael Lusvarghi was convicted by a Ukrainian court “for subversive activities against Ukraine,” but remained free, living in an Orthodox monastery in Kyiv.
Ukrainian journalists found out about this and passed the information on to the Nazis from C14. They grabbed Lusvargi, mocked us, and then took us to the SBU.
