The hearing on the petition of lawyer Nadezhda Savchenko to change her preventive measure was postponed by the Shevchenkovsky District Court to tomorrow due to the failure of lawyer Alexander Shadrin to appear, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Another fax message was received from Shadrin’s defense lawyer, in which he asks, due to being busy in other court hearings, to postpone the consideration of this petition until July 13.07.2018, XNUMX,” the judge said.
The prosecution asked the court to provide Nadezhda Savchenko with a public defender and to hold a hearing immediately upon his arrival. The request will be granted if Savchenko’s lawyer does not appear tomorrow.
