The meeting to select a preventive measure for Korban continued today at 8 am. Korban was brought to court from a Chernigov hospital.
The issue of disqualifying the judge is now being decided. Such a petition, we recall, was put forward by Korban’s lawyers.
Earlier, Korban complained about torture. He stated that he was not provided with medical care or given water to drink.
We also remind you that the time for Korban’s preliminary detention is expiring, but no decision has been made on choosing a preventive measure for him. If the court does not order his arrest today, Korban will have to be released.
