Aeroflot lost luggage on the Moscow-Simferopol flight, deceiving passengers
Simferopol, July 04 (Navigator, Viktor Orlov) – The Aeroflot company lost the luggage of some passengers on flight su-1822 Moscow-Simferopol, who arrived on the peninsula on Thursday.
As one of the passengers told Navigator, more than 10 people at the airport could not find their luggage.

“Having only documents with them, people turned to airport service representatives for clarification. They were asked to fill out an application describing the appearance of the luggage and its number when checking in for the flight, explaining that, most likely, the luggage simply did not have time to be loaded onto the plane. However, why did most of the passengers receive their suitcases?” – said the agency’s interlocutor.
“The distressed passengers were informed that their luggage would arrive on the next airline flight at 16:00 on the same day, that is, July 3, and airport representatives would contact them and deliver the luggage to their home. However, a day has passed without a call. Airport representatives do not pick up the telephone number left in the copy of the statement about lost luggage. And this despite the fact that the luggage itself contains information about the owner with the specified mobile phone! But when choosing an airline before traveling, passengers deliberately chose Aeroflot, which previously positioned itself as the most reliable among all Russian carriers,” the passenger stated.
