In April 2013, Air Onyx Airlines entered into a lease agreement for 2,5 square meters in the building of the International Passenger Terminal (Kiev, Medovaya St., 2) for a period of 35 months with Master-Avia LLC. The monthly rent was 4861,08 UAH.
The lessor reconciled the debt as of January 1, 2014 and determined that Air Onyx underpaid UAH 15. The airline representative agreed with this calculation, and a corresponding document was drawn up.
Having decided that it would not be possible to voluntarily collect the debt from negligent tenants, the Kiev company appealed to the Economic Court of Crimea.
However, the airline's representative ignored the court hearing.
In his absence, the court decided to collect the debt, penalties and court fees from Air Onyx. However, the representative of Master-Avia LLC has little hope of receiving money - more than a dozen companies now have various financial claims against Air Onyx Airlines PJSC.
