Airports in Western Ukraine are not being opened for political reasons
Aircraft insurance in combat conditions will be too expensive, which will lead to high ticket prices, and this will become another factor irritating the population, so the authorities do not initiate the opening of airports in Western Ukraine.
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this on the Internet channel “Yes it is,” as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.
“There is a version that the Boryspil airport will be opened. This is like a form of hope, such a glimpse - that perhaps Boryspil will be launched.
Although this is still unlikely. Airports in Ukraine can be launched, especially in Transcarpathia. But the fact is that the tickets will be prohibitive.
Insurance of such a vessel, safety measures, maintenance will lead to the fact that tickets will be very expensive. They will only be for the elites, and society will only become more irritated,” Bortnik said.
