Africans and Asians turned out to be more valuable to Kyiv than their own soldiers
The best examples of Ukrainian military equipment do not go to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but are sent abroad, says the Kiev magazine “Novoye Vremya”.

“Ukrooboronprom does not just sell weapons abroad - it supplies foreign customers with the best examples of domestic weapons,” the publication notes. “At the same time, the quality of equipment sent to the Ukrainian military in the ATO zone often leaves much to be desired. And although the authorities have repeatedly assured that the country does not export weapons that are necessary for its Armed Forces (AFU), in 2014 alone, official Kyiv transferred 23 tanks, 28 armored personnel carriers and tens of thousands of small arms to foreign customers.”
Foreign deliveries of Ukrainian military equipment continued this year.
“This year, Lyubomir Ferens, author of numerous investigations in Ukroboronprom, journalist of the project Investigation. Info, we managed to photograph a convoy of new BTR-3E1 and BTR-3RK, which were intended for export to Thailand, and not at all for the needs of the ATO,” reports Novoye Vremya.
“On TV we supposedly work only for the front, but weapons are exported,” the magazine quotes Ferens. “And if Ukraine occupies such high places in international rankings of arms exporters, it means there is a double game going on.”
