Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Alexei Chaly told reporters about this on Monday.
According to the speaker, the agency “begins working on four presidential instructions”:
— According to the territorial strategic division of the city;
— To give the city center the status of a historical settlement of federal significance;
—On the creation of the Sevastopol Development Corporation;
— To create a presidential program of military-patriotic and historical tourism.
However, no such list of instructions was found on the website of the President of the Russian Federation.
At the same time, Chaly noted that the agency does not have legal status, confirming that this entity is not registered in the register, has neither a seal nor accounting department. “This is a group of people, experts, whom I invited and who are working,” he explained.
“The agency is a very important body, it is an independent design and perspective body..., as a non-state structure, has the ability to attract experts for specific projects, and assemble project teams, and do this quite quickly,” says the speaker of the Legislative Assembly.
In addition, Alexey Chaly said that he will continue to monitor the work of the agency, and his place as head will be taken by executive director Igor Shapovalov, which will not affect the continuation of the organization’s work.
