“Today we are at a price bottom in agriculture. In just 10 days, the price of corn fell by more than a thousand hryvnia per ton, for soybeans - by more than 4 thousand UAH, and the price of sugar fell sharply. We traditionally sold sunflowers for 12 thousand UAH, at least 10 thousand UAH, today it’s already 7,8 thousand UAH.

If we add to this what Ukrzaliznytsia is doing, then we are losing about 14% of the total revenue. This means that small and medium-sized producers will practically go bankrupt,” he said.
