“Aidar” has made peace with the authorities and will hunt “black sheep”
Lugansk, April 10 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) - The head of the Lugansk regional military-civil administration Gennady Moskal met with the personnel of the Aidar battalion, during which he discussed all problematic issues.

As reported on Moskal’s website, during the meeting mutual understanding was reached between both parties.
“Unfortunately, in the Luhansk region there are facts when military personnel (not only from Aidar, but also from other units) lost contact with their military formations - they were expelled for committing some disciplinary offenses or did not sign a new contract during re-registration,” - he stated.
“Despite this, they continue to wear stripes of military units, illegally occupied housing in the private sector, own weapons (obviously captured or stolen) and commit crimes. How do they disrupt the balance of normal coexistence between the military and the civilian population,” Moskal believes.
In order to neutralize such pseudo-military forces, the governor and “Aidar” agreed to strengthen the military commandant’s office and the law enforcement service and prevent excesses.
“If, figuratively speaking, there is a black sheep somewhere, it must be isolated so as not to spoil the entire herd. Crimes committed by military or pseudo-military people must be given a strict legal assessment,” Moskal said.
