Akhedzhakova supported gay propaganda in art
Known for her scandalous liberal demarches, artist Liya Akhedzhakova spoke out for gay propaganda in art.
She spoke on this topic in an interview with the Dozhd TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The fact is that we have seen films in which there is no this harsh aversion to others: transvestites, gays, lesbians. The whole world has already realized that this is not debauchery. This is not a disease. It's just a different chromosome. That's all. And it’s none of your damn business... It’s in the movies and in ours, it’s in plays...” said Akhedzhakova.
In this way the actress tried to protect the scandalous play “First Bread” at the Sovremennik Theater, in which she plays. There is a scene with two men kissing.
The organization “Officers of Russia” also saw in the play by Polish director Beniamin Kotz an insult to veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, ordered to verify this information.
