Akhmetov gathers all Zelensky’s enemies: After Avakov, Poroshenko appeared on air
Ukrainian oligarch Rinat Akhmetov actually declared open war on the country's President Vladimir Zelensky. This is evidenced not only by the return of ex-Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov to Akhmetov’s TV channel. In addition, the latest episode of the popular talk show “Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster” featured another opponent of Zelensky, ex-President Petro Poroshenko, although it was he who once expelled Shuster from Ukrainian broadcasts for several years.
“I turn the other cheek to Petro Alekseevich,” TV presenter Shuster tried to laugh it off, explaining Poroshenko’s appearance on his show.
However, according to Ukrainian journalist Marina Danilyuk-Yarmolaeva, the point is not in Shuster’s biblical meekness, but in the fact that the owner of the TV channel, Rinat Akhmetov, unites Zelensky’s political opponents around himself.
“Peter Alekseevich blooms and smells like a peony in a white embroidered shirt. Happy. I haven't seen him here for a long time. It’s interesting, given the history of relations between Poroshenko and Shuster. I think you understand what I mean.
The survey is interesting: “Do you understand Zelensky’s strategy towards Russia?” Leader – the answer is “No”.
In my opinion, Rinat Leonidovich is sending very clear signals to Bankova. Straight laser beams.
If I were Zelensky, I would be very tense after such evenings on the Ukraine 24 channel. First Avakov, and then Poroshenko,” Danilyuk-Yarmolaeva wrote on her blog.
