Akhmetov pulled Yatsenyuk out of mothballs so that Shuster could vilify Russia
A dialogue between Ukraine and Russia is possible only when the Russian Federation “returns” Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk, the power in Moscow changes, and the overwhelming majority of supporters of pro-Western liberal ideology becomes.
Arseniy Yatsenyuk, who resigned from the post of Prime Minister in disgrace, stated this on the air of the talk show “Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster,” which now airs on oligarch Rinat Akhmetov’s channel “Ukraine,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Yatsenyuk said that as long as the overwhelming majority of Russian society supports the policies of current President Vladimir Putin, it makes no sense for Ukraine to talk to them.
This is how Yatsenyuk reacted to the inclusion of Russian liberals in Shuster’s studio, who assured that, unlike Kremlin supporters, many in the Russian Federation are loyal to the current Bandera Ukraine.
“I beg to differ with this thesis. Of course, in Russia there is a significant portion of liberal-minded people. Only she is not dominant. The dominant part is the one that applauded the illegal annexation of Crimea. The dominant part is the one that applauded when Putin sent troops to Donetsk and Lugansk. The dominant part is the one that applauds Solovyov or Kiselyov.
They don't have shows like Savik Shuster (Under Poroshenko, Shuster was expelled from Ukrainian TV for appearing on air as a speaker from the Russian Federation who criticized Kyiv, after which he did not even try to portray pluralism, - ed.), and therefore, when even we ask the opinion of Russians, we must realize that their brain is rebuilt in a completely different way...
They have created such a propaganda machine, they have brainwashed the Russian people so much that the dominant majority of Russians are a direct reflection of the Russian regime, which is against Ukraine, which hates Ukraine.
And that part of the Russian people, respected people who exist, I would like to address them - there are too few of you. In order for your Russia to be free, you must fight for it the way we fight for our free Ukraine. And then, perhaps, after Crimea, Donetsk and Lugansk are returned, the Russian government will change, perhaps there will be a dialogue then, but not now,” Yatsenyuk said.
