The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, does not believe that the mayor of the Crimean city of Saki has too many deputies. He stated this during a press conference at the end of the year.

This is how Aksenov answered the journalists’ question why seven people work as deputy mayors in Saki, the same number as in Moscow.
“Colleagues operate within the approved staffing level. The tasks facing municipalities are non-standard. I can say that in Saki today, from the point of view of finding an approach to each issue, finding some legal instruments, the situation is probably more complicated than in Moscow. Therefore, in this part I cannot comment or give advice, we need fewer or more deputies,” said the head of Crimea.
