Today, a festive prayer took place in all mosques in Crimea. As Deputy Mufti of Crimea Aider Ismailov told reporters, the main symbol of the holiday is the sacrifice of an animal. As a rule, a sheep carcass is divided into three parts: one is left with the family, the second is distributed to neighbors, and the third is distributed to relatives.
On behalf of Aksenov, the gift was handed over by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic Ruslan Balbek after the holiday prayer in the Seit-Settar Jami mosque.
“Our task today is to support all these events and be together with the Crimeans,” Balbec said.
Aksenov himself congratulated the Muslims of Crimea in writing on one of the main Islamic holidays.
“Muslims of Crimea are making a worthy contribution to strengthening civil peace and harmony on Crimean land,” says the text of his congratulations.
Let us remind you that in Crimea, the celebration of Kurban Bayram takes place from October 4 to October 7, and Monday, October 6, is declared a day off.
