The politician announced this on his Facebook page.

“Crimea has a positive experience of hosting one of the most grandiose annual music events - the Five Stars festival, which took place this year in Yalta. That is why I am sure that on the Black Sea coast the “Wind of KVN” will blow with renewed vigor, spreading the “sails of humor,” preserving and continuing the traditions of the “Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful,” Aksenov wrote.

If agreed, the governor guarantees full assistance in organizing and holding the festival.

Aksenov also expressed gratitude to Alexander Maslyakov for giving the Crimean KVN League the official status of a regional league of the International KVN Union.
