According to the politician, the recent detention of Crimean Deputy Prime Minister Vitaly Nakhlupin, who oversaw the implementation of the Federal Target Program, is “an ordinary matter.”

“There have been many such arrests recently. For my part, I can say that I sent eight episodes of bribery this year alone, including donating my money to help implement these events. In July, I was received by FSB Director Alexander Bortnikov. I asked him that where I gave funds to transfer to bribe takers, this money was returned to me as quickly as possible. I have limited resources. I now have more than two million rubles as material evidence in various criminal cases,” said Aksenov.

He also emphasized that despite the change of program curators, its implementation will not be delayed or delayed

“The implementation of the Federal Target Program in Crimea will not suffer from the detention of Nakhlupin,” the head of Crimea assured. – Unless some additional points are revealed in this part. Today we have full control over the implementation of the Federal Target Program. All objects that were scheduled for implementation this year will be commissioned.”

Earlier in Moscow, Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Vitaly Nakhlupin was detained on suspicion along with two of his assistants. It was also reported about the upcoming series of arrests on the peninsula.

Instead of Nakhlupin to the position of curator of the Federal Target Program, first Deputy Prime Minister was appointed Yuri Gotsanyuk.

Later, a new Deputy Prime Minister, Egeniy Kabanov, was appointed to oversee the implementation of the Federal Target Program. His position experts called it "execution".
